Join us at Cooper Aerobics Center for a day devoted to your well-being. This event is designed to help you recharge, refocus, and build sustainable habits for your health and wellness. The program will feature interactive sessions on well-being practices, time for personal reflection, and opportunities to connect with peers in meaningful ways. Breakfast and lunch are included.
