The Principal Fellowship is now a one-year, cohort-based program designed to help principals grow as leaders, build healthy campus cultures and sustain their own well-being in the process.
Capstone Experience
The fellowship culminates in an Applied Leadership Defense, where fellows share their learning journey and leadership impact with district and campus stakeholders in a supportive, collaborative setting.

What to Expect
Through monthly workshops, coaching and peer collaboration, participating principals will explore what it means to thrive while leading strong school cultures built on innovative and adaptive systems.
You’ll gain practical tools to strengthen your leadership and sustain a positive, engaged school environment.

Teachers on the same campus are also invited into the Well-Being Series—building shared language and practices across the whole team.
