Innovation Lab moves principals and teachers from separate experiences into one campus-connected model, supporting leaders and educators together around the same priorities.

Innovation Lab:

  • Brings principals, campus leaders and teachers around a real student challenge.

  • Guides teams to design, test and refine solutions with data and hands-on coaching.

  • Anchors each cohort on a shared student outcome.

  • Gives participants results that can be measured across schools.

Innovation Lab is underway for the 2026-27 school year with 9 Dallas ISD middle schools.
