Well-Being Series

Well-Being Series gives teachers and campus educators time and space to focus on their own growth, well-being and community—not just their students'. Monthly sessions bring educators together for peer connection, well-being practices and professional growth. Free for public and charter school teachers in North Texas.

The Principal Fellowship

A cohort-based, multi-district program that supports principals through leadership development, well-being practices and peer connection to strengthen stability and school culture—with teachers on the same campus invited into the Well-Being Series.

Innovation Lab

Innovation Lab brings principals and campus leaders together to solve a real problem their school is facing. Alongside peers from across the region, they spend a year designing, testing and refining real solutions—with The Educator Collective coaching them every step of the way. Participants walk away with results their district can see.

Leadership Lab

A highly customized leadership development cohort experience designed to support the retention and sustainability of central office leaders, campus and/or teacher leaders.
