Educator Membership Program

The Educator Collective’s Member Events are designed with one purpose in mind: to give teachers the space, support and community they need to thrive.

These gatherings are a place to recharge, connect with fellow educators, and rediscover what makes your work meaningful. Come as you are. Leave feeling seen, supported and re-energized!

For Principals

Thriving Leaders Fellowship (formerly The Principal Fellowship)

The Thriving Leaders Fellowship is a year-long experience centered on helping principals thrive in their role while building strong, healthy cultures.

Through monthly leadership sessions, coaching and peer collaboration, principals develop practical strategies to lead with clarity, connection and resilience. The fellowship culminates in a capstone presentation to district leaders, showcasing growth and impact.
