Join us at Strong Fitness for an evening focused on your well-being! From 6:10–7:10 PM, you’ll take part in one of three fitness classes—a HIIT/weight workout, a Ninja Warrior–style obstacle course, or a yoga/breathing session. Space for each class is limited. Those who register will get an email prior to the event with a form to indicate your class preferences, and your assigned class will be confirmed when you arrive on the day of the event.
Plan to arrive after 5:30 PM and changing rooms will be open if you’d like to get ready on site. Afterward, enjoy dinner, take part in a well-being goal-setting session, and we will close the evening with a brief reflection.
