Application
The Thriving Leaders Fellowship is a multi-district, one-year program designed for principal success and sustainability through leadership, well-being and action-based climate and culture work. Through a cohort model, principals develop personal leadership and resilience to build and sustain leadership capacity as well as a healthy campus climate and culture.

The Educator Collective is recruiting the 2026 Cohort of the Thriving Leaders Fellowship. The multi-district, one-year program is designed for principal success and sustainability through leadership, well-being and action-based climate and culture work. Ideal candidates are current principals, and:
Have supervisor and district leadership support
Demonstrate a learner mindset
Commit to active participation in all monthly sessions
Have willingness to demonstrate impact to district leaders
Are dedicated to campus staff-well being
