Our Principal Fellowship is evolving to better meet the needs of today’s school leaders.
The new Thriving Leaders Fellowship is a one-year, cohort-based program designed to help principals grow as leaders, build healthy campus cultures and sustain their own well-being in the process.
Capstone Experience
The fellowship culminates in an Applied Leadership Defense, where fellows share their learning journey and leadership impact with district and campus stakeholders in a supportive, collaborative setting.
