Educator Membership Program

The Educator Collective’s Member Events are designed with one purpose in mind: to give teachers the space, support and community they need to thrive.

These gatherings are a place to recharge, connect with fellow educators, and rediscover what makes your work meaningful. Come as you are. Leave feeling seen, supported and re-energized!

For Principals

The Principal Fellowship

A two-year, cohort-based, multi-district leadership development program designed to retain and sustain North Texas principals in their roles.

​Principals participate in monthly workshops that provide high-quality leadership development and an immersive design-thinking process as they incubate and launch a “big idea” to lead meaningful change on their campus.
