Join fellow educators for a virtual session designed to help you release tension and refuel as we reach the end of the semester. Facilitated by Stefanie Tovar, the session brings together chair yoga, breathing practices, and mindfulness to explore how stress shows up in the body, mind, and daily interactions — and leave with simple practices you can use right at your desk. Please come as you are. No yoga mat needed — just come ready to release tension in your body and mind.
The virtual link will be provided within a few days of the event and will be the same link for Session 1 (3:30-4:30 PM) and Session 2 (5:00-6:00 PM). Join for either, or both sessions!

THE FUEL DIMENSION
Fuel is one of the six dimensions of the Be Well Lead Well Pulse® framework for well-being. It centers on using movement, rest, breath, and nourishment to sustain your energy and show up fully — in the classroom and in life. When educators prioritize their physical well-being, everything else gets a little easier.
This event activates Fuel by giving leaders space to name their stress honestly and practice simple, embodied tools — breath, movement, stillness — that restore energy heading into the busiest stretch of the year. Learn more about the Fuel dimension from Be Well Lead Well Pulse®. Be Well Lead Well Pulse® is a registered trademark of Wisdom Works Group.
