Who is Rocky Garza?

Rocky has spend the last 15 years walking alongside individuals to help them discover who they are and how to live confidently in their purpose. In the last 5 years he has taken over 1000 individuals through the Identity Mapping™ Process and achieved incredible results.

Over 90% of Rocky’s clients leave saying they have the clearest picture of who they are, they have ever had in their lives. You can learn more about Rocky on his website.

What should I expect from the event?

The Identity Mapping session is an investment in you. Prior to the event, all attendees will complete a complimentary Strengths Finder assessment. You’ll then spend a full day (9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.) with a small group of fellow educators. Together, Rocky will guide you through a process to kill doubt, build conviction, and build unprecedented clarity around your individual identity and purpose.

Identity Mapping is one of TEC’s most impactful and acclaimed events. Check out what your fellow educators have shared after attending prior sessions:

“I cannot thank the Educator Collective enough for bringing Rocky, Identity Mapping, and our group together. It was an intimate and valuable learning experience. Vital in making the shift towards a better, more engaged, and ‘kinder to myself’ me.”

~Violetta Vrettos, Arthur Kramer Elementary School

“Identity mapping helped me examine my life and values to make what I do on a daily basis more meaningful. Instead of arbitrarily going through the motions everyday, I am now confident that what I do and why I do it is unabashedly my calling.”

~Caroline Harris, John Ireland Elementary School
