As an educator, you know the profession can be stressful, and we know you've participated in more than enough sessions teaching you basic ways to help ease that stress. It's time to go deeper.

In this session, you'll learn the research behind how stress affects the brain and body, evidence-based strategies for mitigating and reversing those effects, and why those practices work. Even better, our expert speaker will help you apply this knowledge in the classroom so that you can not only reduce your own stress, but also support your students in improving their mental health.

We're also treating you to delicious dinner and drinks at a fantastic Dallas venue, because you deserve a night out! Click below to reserve your seat.

What to Expect

Check out what other members have had to say after prior events!

“TEC is a safe place to attend events and exchange our challenges in the workplace. TEC provides opportunities to provide solutions or assistance with our social emotional needs both in and out of the classroom.”

- Educator, Richardson ISD

"TEC events have been hands-down the most meaningful I've attended as a teacher. So many self-care tips are preachy, but these were kind and realistic."

- Educator, Dallas ISD
